Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, contact DigiSnap through the Contact Us page with the order number, reason for the request and supporting photographs where relevant. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

DigiSnap does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the product page carefully — including specifications, colour and included accessories — before completing your order, as we are unable to offer a refund or exchange simply because you change your mind after purchase.

Incorrect, damaged or qualifying defective items will be handled under the Refund and Warranty policies and applicable South African law. DigiSnap will arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery where required by law or where we supplied the wrong item.

Returns cannot be accepted for downloaded digital products after access, customised products, or goods that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing, except where required by law or the item is defective.

Returned items are inspected before an exchange or refund is approved. Deliberate damage, misuse, unauthorised modification and ordinary wear are not defects.
