These terms govern use of the DigiSnap website and purchases made from DigiSnap in South Africa. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They must be read with our Privacy, Shipping, Refund, Returns & Exchanges and Warranty policies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the CPA or other applicable law.

Product descriptions, images and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen colours and minor product details may vary. Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. DigiSnap may accept or decline an order, including where stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is suspected. A binding sale is formed when the order is accepted. If payment was taken for an order that cannot be accepted, it will be refunded.

Customers must provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or infringe another person's rights.

All DigiSnap branding, website content, graphics and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, adapted, sold or commercially exploited without written permission. Product use must comply with all applicable laws and must respect the privacy and rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiSnap is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from gross negligence or rights under the CPA.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through the Contact Us page. Consumers may also use remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
