If something goes wrong
You've got 30 days on manufacturing faults.
Email us your order number and a photo of the problem and we'll sort it out. That sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. We don't do change-of-mind returns, so read the details before you order.
Warranty & returns →The problem with your camera roll
Your camera roll is 4,000 photos deep. You don't remember any of them.
This doesn't try to take a good photo. It takes the one you'll actually stop on — flash, grain, blur and all. Twenty of those beat four thousand you'll never open again.
The DigiSnap look
What comes off the camera.
All shot on a DigiSnap. Light and sharpness change from shot to shot — that's the camera, not a mistake.
Phone vs DigiSnap
Sharper isn't the same as better.
Same night, two cameras.
Both photos resized for the web. Nothing else added to either side.
Drag the difference
Clean. Sharp. Forgotten tomorrow.
Perfect photos are easy to take and easy to ignore. They start to feel the same.
Flash. Grain. Nobody ready.
Half of them come out badly. Those are the ones you keep.
Footage
What a night with it looks like.
Shot on DigiSnap. Not one filter.
What it actually is
No app. No cloud. No overthinking.
Six things worth knowing. That's the whole list.
Pocket-sized
Small enough that it's actually on you when something happens.
Built-in flash
A real flash — the kind that blows out the front row and makes the photo.
USB-C rechargeable
Charge it before you go out. No batteries to keep buying.
MicroSD storage
Photos sit on the card until you move them. Nothing uploads on its own.
One button
Point, press, carry on. There's no menu to get lost in.
No app
No account, no feed, nothing asking for your attention later.
How it works
Nothing complicated about it.
Charge it
USB-C. Plug it in before you head out.

Questions
Everything before you buy.
What is it, exactly?
A tiny digital camera that clips to your keys. One button, a built-in flash, and photos with grain and blur in them instead of a phone's clean version.
Does it have a flash?
Yes, built in. It's the reason this is the camera for a dark bar and not much use at noon.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes, over USB-C. No batteries to keep buying.
Does it use a memory card?
Yes. Photos save to a microSD card in the camera, not the cloud, so nothing syncs or uploads until you move it yourself.
How do I get my photos onto my phone?
Take the card out, put it in a card reader and drag the photos across. Ours is R99 below, but any compatible reader does the same job.
Do I need an app?
No. Shoot now, move the files later. There's nothing to install and no account to make.
What's in the box?
The camera, a USB-C charging cable, a thank-you card, and a QR code for the ten Lightroom presets.
How much is delivery?
Free, anywhere in South Africa, with tracking. The only thing that carries a delivery charge is an accessory ordered on its own, without a camera.
When does it ship?
Orders are packed and posted from Pretoria, and you'll get a tracking number by email the moment yours goes out.
Can I choose the colour?
No. They come in a mix of colours and you'll get whatever's in that batch.
Is it better than my phone?
No, and it isn't trying to be. Your phone is for photos you want sharp. This is for flash, grain and blur.
Why R599 when I've seen keychain cameras cheaper online?
Because this one is already in South Africa. You're not waiting four to six weeks for an untracked parcel from overseas with nobody to email if it never shows up. We hold the stock here, delivery is free and tracked, it's covered by a 30-day warranty, and the preset pack comes with it.
Who is actually behind DigiSnap?
A small South African brand in Pretoria. We hold our own stock, pack the orders ourselves and answer our own email — info.digisnap@gmail.com. If something goes wrong you're dealing with us, not a marketplace seller.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Email us your order number, and a photo if something arrived faulty. Faulty items are covered by the 30-day warranty.
